Kannada actor Shri Mahadev, who recently appeared in the film Just Pass, has decided to change his name to Shree Ram. Explaining his decision, Shree said that his original name, Shri Mahadev, often led people to address him as just Shri or Mahadev, which is his father's name. To simplify matters, he opted to use Shri, but that also felt incomplete. Therefore, he has chosen to go by the name Shree Ram. Currently, the actor is immersing himself in the life of a farmer for his upcoming role in the film Rukmini Vasantha. This movie explores themes of love deeply rooted in Indian culture rather than focusing on farming issues. To prepare for his role, Shree spent a month living in a village in Mandya. He engaged in farming activities such as milking cows, tilling the land, and even learning to wear a lungi. This immersive experience left him feeling fulfilled and taught him valuable skills. Reflecting on his career, Shree expressed his desire to tackle diverse roles that challenge him as an actor and push him outside of his comfort zone, indicating a shift towards more complex and demanding characters.
